In his role as external advisor to the MPI Board Brent Impey draw's on many years of experience in senior management in roles such as CEO of MediaworksNZ Ltd. where he held  overall responsibility for management, leadership and strategic development of the Group's operations, including MediaWorks TV (TV3 and C4), MediaWorks Radio (More FM, RadioLIVE, Solid Gold, The Edge, The Breeze, The Rock, BSport, Kiwi FM, Mai FM, George FM, Times FM in Orewa, Coromandel FM and Radio Dunedin) and MediaWorks Interactive (18 websites and a mobile network) Brent also holds (or held) the following roles; ,Executive Director Fred Hollows Foundation NZ (Chair 1998-2009), Director Fred Hollows Australia, Director Pumpkin Patch Limited, Director Devon Funds Management Limited, Director Yellow Pages Group, Management Consultant - Market Pulse International Limited/ Professional Mentor, Chair Hutchwilco NZ Limited Media Consultant- Mediaworks Limited, Drive Host Radio Live 4-6 pm Monday -Friday ,Jan-June Co, Consultant New Zealand Rugby Union
