A graduate of Lincoln and Canterbury Universities, Brian has had
over 10 years of experience in the customer experience category. He
has worked at a global level on some of the world's largest
customer experience programs, across a number of retail categories,
including quick serve restaurants, petrol/convenience, health/body,
telecommunications and specialty retail. He has also worked in
retail as a Regional Manager for a large franchise chain. Brian
brings to Market Pulse an in-depth understanding of how to design,
implement and manage customer experience programs. Brian's view is
that successfully managing the 'customer experience' requires using
the appropriate methodology at the right time. Having the range of
options to achieve that all under the 'one roof' creates fantastic
opportunities to integrate programs towards the common goal of
business improvement.
