What are Exit Interviews?
Exit Interviews involve trained Market Pulse interviewers
spending time outside each of your locations inviting customers to
answer a brief feedback survey. These can be conducted as a
standalone survey or included as part of a Retail Evaluation or
Merchandising visit. Surveys are designed specifically for each
client and program and typically include a recommendation or
experience rating. Results can be fed into your PulsePoint
dashboard alongside other measures such as Mystery Shopping and
Retail Evaluation scores to provide a total picture of
performance
