What are mobile phone feedback progams?
Customers are invited to send their feedback immediately from
their smart phone by text / SMS or by linking to a web survey using
QR codes. This feedback triggers immediate action based on the
ratings received to ensure customers are thanked and rewarded for
their feedback and of course where required unhappy customers are
able to be contacted immediately and their issues resolved. Direct
and immediate feedback from real customers, results drive immediate
action, can be run in conjunction with other programs such as exit
interviews to improve strike rates of feedback. Results can also be
linked to Customer Insights Research to validate high level studies
at a location level
