Market Pulse was founded by Wendy Palmer and Ants Hurdley in 1989. Wendy left her research job in radio and Ants sold his shares in a retail business so that they could both pursue their vision for the company. An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to learn fast enabled them to quickly develop Market Pulse into a market leader for customer experience management. Three decades later Wendy and Ants remain majority shareholders, and their spirit and values remain a core part of our product offering.
