Amber leads client Field Marketing and Merchandising teams.  She has over 20 years of retail experience, working in a variety of roles where she has gained extensive retail and customer service knowledge.
She has worked for Market Pulse for 10 years, and worked on most of our major clients work programs across multiple countries.  She is passionate about working with clients to develop and deliver customer experience strategies which drive competitive advantage.

Ants co-founded Market Pulse and remains an active executive Director.  He is responsible for leading the product, development, and IT support teams.  Over the years he has developed many of the businesses operating systems and software.  Outside of Market Pulse Ants has extensive business management and ownership experience, which enables him to bring an ‘owners’ perspective to solving client’s needs.

Jenny joined Market Pulse in 2001 as an Accounts Assistant and has progressed through the finance department to now lead the team.  In addition to managing our own accounts she also works closely with select clients to oversee the execution of rewards and rebate programs.

Philip has over 25 years of research, management and operations experience in Europe, Asia and Australasia. His early background in research was in political polling and social research in the UK, but has worked in the field of customer experience measurement internationally for over 20 years. Formerly a Director of Research International UK, Philip moved to NZ in the 90’s and subsequently joined Market Pulse in 2000. Philip is a former Chair of the New Zealand Association of Market Research Organisations.

Wendy co-founded Market Pulse and was responsible for driving its growth from those humble beginnings to a leader in the New Zealand market place.  After pursuing an executive career in media, which included being CEO of Mediaworks Radio, she has recently returned to Market Pulse to lead business development.
